“But one who is free from attachment and aversion, interacting with the world using self-controlled senses under the guidance of the will, attains inner peace and grace.”

The disciplined seeker does not practice forced suppression. They interact with the world, but since their mind is free from the dualities of liking and disliking, they remain master of their senses and receive the grace of inner purity.
