The Translation
“Perform your duty with an even mind, O Arjuna, abandoning all attachment to success or failure. Such equanimity is called Yoga.”

योगस्थः कुरु कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा धनञ्जय
Establish yourself in the steady awareness of the Self, and then act. Detach yourself from the fruits. When you act with this attitude, success and failure are seen as equal, preventing mental agitation.
