“There is no spiritual intellect for the undisciplined, nor is there capacity for meditation. Without meditation, there is no peace; and for the peaceless, how can there be happiness?”

नास्ति बुद्धिरयुक्तस्य न चायुक्तस्य भावना
One who has not controlled their senses (ayukta) cannot have a steady intellect. They cannot meditate on the Self. Without meditation, there is no peace from desires, and without peace, how can there be eternal happiness (Moksha)?
