The Translation
“Either you will be killed in battle and attain heaven, or you will conquer and enjoy the earth. Therefore, arise, O son of Kunti, determined to fight.”

हतो वा प्राप्स्यसि स्वर्गं जित्वा वा भोक्ष्यसे महीम्
This is a direct practical injunction. Krishna advises Arjuna that there is no loss in either case. Therefore, he should cast off doubt and stand up to perform his duty.
