“As a strong wind sweeps away a boat on the water, even one of the wandering senses on which the mind focuses can sweep away a person's wisdom.”

Just as a boat on the ocean is carried away from its path by a contrary wind, the mind that yields to even one of the roaming senses is pulled away from the Self, destroying self-knowledge.
