The Translation
“O Dhananjaya, action driven by desire is far inferior to the yoga of wisdom. Take shelter in this wisdom. Miserable are those who seek the fruits of their actions.”

दूरेण ह्यवरं कर्म बुद्धियोगाद्धनञ्जय
Desire-oriented actions lead to the cycle of birth and death. Take refuge in the wisdom of equanimity. Pitiful are those who work only for rewards, for they remain bound to transmigratory existence.
