The Translation
“Knowing Me as the enjoyer of all sacrifices and penances, the supreme Lord of all worlds, and the friend of all living beings, one attains peace.”

भोक्तारं यज्ञतपसां सर्वलोकमहेश्वरम्
The Lord is the inner ruler (Antaryami) who receives all actions, and is the selfless friend because He benefits all creatures without expecting anything in return. Knowing this non-dual Lord of all brings the cessation of all worldly suffering.
