The Translation
“Slay Drona, Bhishma, Jayadratha, Karna, and the other brave warriors who are already destroyed by Me. Do not fear; just fight, and you will conquer your enemies in battle.”

द्रोणं च भीष्मं च जयद्रथं च
कर्णं तथान्यानपि योधवीरान्
Drona was protected by divine weapons, Bhishma had the power of choosing his time of death, Jayadratha was protected by his father's penance, and Karna had divine earrings and armor. Humans would think they are invincible. But the Lord says they are already slain by Him. Arjuna should not hesitate.
