Practical Application
1

Journal about a recent stressful event today from the third-person perspective (using 'he' or 'she'), acting as a neutral narrator like Sanjaya to gain distance and clarity.

Self-Reflection Prompts
  • Sanjaya addresses the blind King Dhritarashtra as 'Rajan' (King). How does the contrast between the physically blind king (who has no spiritual vision) and Arjuna (who is receiving divine vision) highlight the theme of spiritual blindness in the epic?
  • Why is Krishna called 'Hari' (the remover of obstacles) in this specific moment of revealing His form?
