लेलिह्यसे ग्रसमानः समन्ताल्- लोकान्समग्रान्वदनैर्ज्वलद्भिः | तेजोभिरापूर्य जगत्समग्रं भासस्तवोग्राः प्रतपन्ति विष्णो ||११-३०||
lelihyase grasamānaḥ samantāl- lokānsamagrānvadanairjvaladbhiḥ . tejobhirāpūrya jagatsamagraṃ bhāsastavogrāḥ pratapanti viṣṇo ||11-30||

The Translation

“You are licking up and devouring all the worlds from all sides with Your blazing mouths. Anointing the entire universe with Your terrible splendor, Your fierce rays are burning it, O Vishnu!”

Commentary & Insights

Arjuna describes the complete, active destruction of the universe, with the Cosmic Form devouring all worlds and filling the cosmos with its burning, fierce rays.
