The Translation
“I see You without beginning, middle, or end, of infinite power, with countless arms, having the sun and moon as Your eyes, and Your mouth like a blazing sacrificial fire, heating this entire universe with Your own splendor.”

अनादिमध्यान्तमनन्तवीर्य-
मनन्तबाहुं शशिसूर्यनेत्रम्
The Sun and Moon represent the dual principles of light and nourishment (Soma). The blazing fire of the mouth represents the fire of Time (Kala-agni) which digests and consumes all things at the end of the age. The Lord heats and sustains the cosmos with His energy.
