The Translation
“By the evil deeds of those who destroy the family, causing intermingling of classes, the eternal traditions of the community and the family are ruined.”
Commentary & Insights
Arjuna summarizes his points about social decay. The actions of the family destroyers, which cause confusion in family lineages, result in the destruction of both jati-dharma (community or class duties) and kula-dharma (family duties) which have existed eternally (śāśvatāḥ).

दोषैरेतैः कुलघ्नानां वर्णसङ्करकारकैः
Arjuna's fear of losing 'eternal' traditions shows his attachment to relative realities. He has not yet realized that the only truly eternal thing is the Self (Atman), which is untouched by social changes.
