The Translation
“Drupada, the sons of Draupadi, and the mighty-armed son of Subhadra, O Lord of the Earth, blew their respective conch shells on all sides.”

Sanjaya addresses King Dhritarashtra as Prithivipate (Lord of the Earth). He notes how King Drupada, the sons of Draupadi, and Abhimanyu (Subhadra's son) all join in, blowing their conches from all directions, filling the air with sound.
