कृपया परयाविष्टो विषीदन्निदमब्रवीत् | अर्जुन उवाच | दृष्ट्वेमं स्वजनं कृष्ण युयुत्सुं समुपस्थितम् ||१-२८||
kṛpayā parayāviṣṭo viṣīdannidamabravīt . arjuna uvāca . dṛṣṭvemaṃ svajanaṃ kṛṣṇa yuyutsuṃ samupasthitam ||1-28||

The Translation

“Arjuna said: O Krishna, seeing my own kinsmen assembled here eager to fight, my limbs are failing and my mouth is parched.”

Commentary & Insights

Arjuna addresses Sri Krishna, describing the physical symptoms of his panic attack. Sinking into the chariot, he states that his limbs are failing him (sidanti mama gatrani) and his mouth is dry.
