Self-Reflection Prompts
- The Ashvattha tree is sacred in India and releases oxygen day and night. How can we treat nature and trees as living altars of the Divine?
- Kapila Muni represents innate, born wisdom. How does this inspire us to connect with the innate wisdom (*Siddha* state) inside our own consciousness?

10.26
अश्वत्थः सर्ववृक्षाणां देवर्षीणां च नारदः
The Ashvattha is worshipped because of its longevity and sacredness. Narada represents the height of devotion. Kapila Muni is a 'Siddha' because he was born with complete knowledge of Sankhya (analysis of matter and spirit) without needing a human teacher, representing the self-luminous nature of knowledge.
