The Translation
“I accept all this that You have told me as the absolute truth, O Keshava. Indeed, O Lord, neither the demigods nor the demons comprehend Your manifestation.”

सर्वमेतदृतं मन्ये यन्मां वदसि केशव
Arjuna declares that he does not doubt a single word Krishna has spoken. The word 'Bhagavan' refers to the one who possesses complete knowledge, strength, sovereignty, power, energy, and glory. Neither the gods (due to rajas/sattva) nor the demons (due to tamas) can grasp His essence because they are bound by their respective attributes.
