Self-Reflection Prompts
- Why is the 'science of the Self' (*adhyātma-vidyā*) considered the king of all sciences? How does knowing who you are simplify all other knowledge?
- In our modern online spaces, we see a lot of arguing (*Jalpa* and *Vitanda*) designed to humiliate others. How can we transition to *Vada*—dialogue aimed purely at finding the truth?

10.32
सर्गाणामादिरन्तश्च मध्यं चैवाहमर्जुन
Adhyatma-vidya is supreme because it leads to moksha (liberation), while all other sciences (such as grammar, medicine, physics) only lead to temporary worldly results. 'Vada' is the constructive debate practiced by seekers and teachers (like in the Upanishads) to extract the truth, free from hostility.
