Self-Reflection Prompts
- Why is silent chanting (*Japa*) called the highest sacrifice? How does repeating a sacred sound internally create a quiet sanctuary inside your mind during a busy workday?
- The Himalayas represent silence, majesty, and unshakeable strength. How can we cultivate the unshakeable nature of the Himalayas within our own values?

महर्षीणां भृगुरहं गिरामस्म्येकमक्षरम्
Bhrigu is the foremost of the mind-born sages. The single syllable is OM, the source of all words. Japa-yajna is supreme because it is fully internal, requiring no external materials or actions, and is free from the violence of animal sacrifices. The Himalayas are the highest, most stable mountains on earth.
