वक्तुमर्हस्यशेषेण दिव्या ह्यात्मविभूतयः
Arjuna asks this because common minds cannot meditate on the formless Brahman. They need concrete, majestic forms in nature to serve as pointers to the Divine. By understanding these vibhutis, the mind is trained to see Brahman everywhere.
