The Translation
“The unsuccessful yogi, after dwelling for many years in the worlds of the virtuous, is born again in the home of the pure and wealthy.”

प्राप्य पुण्यकृतां लोकानुषित्वा शाश्वतीः समाः
This birth is for those who fell from Yoga because of minor desires for material comforts. They get to satisfy those desires in a wealthy and pure family while naturally returning to spiritual life.
