यतो यतो निश्चरति मनश्चञ्चलमस्थिरम्
The mind wanders because it searches for happiness in external objects. When it runs out, do not fight it. Wait for it to settle, understand *why* it ran (likes/dislikes), and then show it that the Self contains infinite joy. It will return voluntarily.
