The Translation
“He who worships Me residing in all beings, established in oneness, dwells in Me at all times, no matter how he behaves in the world.”

सर्वभूतस्थितं यो मां भजत्येकत्वमास्थितः
A self-realized sage has seen that the Lord is the very Atman within all. For such a knower, there is no more obligation to perform ritualistic worship or actions. Even if they appear to lead an active or unusual life, they remain centered in Brahman.
