कच्चिन्नोभयविभ्रष्टश्छिन्नाभ्रमिव नश्यति | अप्रतिष्ठो महाबाहो विमूढो ब्रह्मणः पथि ||६-३८||
kaccinnobhayavibhraṣṭaśchinnābhramiva naśyati . apratiṣṭho mahābāho vimūḍho brahmaṇaḥ pathi ||6-38||

The Translation

“Does such a person, fallen from both material and spiritual paths, not perish like a broken cloud, without any support, O mighty-armed one, deluded on the path of Brahman?”

Commentary & Insights

Arjuna uses the metaphor of a scattered, rent cloud to describe the fallen yogi, asking if such a person perishes, supportless and deluded on the path of Brahman.
