सङ्कल्पप्रभवान्कामांस्त्यक्त्वा सर्वानशेषतः
All desires are born of the mind's imaginations. If we stop building mental projections (Sankalpa), the desires will die of starvation. The mind must then hold the senses in check, like a driver holding the reins of horses.
