“Has this been heard by you, O Partha, with a focused mind? Has your delusion born of ignorance been destroyed, O Dhananjaya?”

कच्चिदेतच्छ्रुतं पार्थ त्वयैकाग्रेण चेतसा
The teacher asks if the instruction has achieved its purpose. The purpose of all scriptures is to destroy delusion (moha) and ignorance (ajñāna), which are the root causes of grief and action.
