विविक्तसेवी लघ्वाशी यतवाक्कायमानसः
Solitary places like forests or riverbanks help prevent unwanted thoughts. Light eating prevents sleepiness and lethargy, which are the main obstacles in deep meditation. Meditation on the Self must become a continuous stream (tailadhara-vat).
