Self-Reflection Prompts
- If the intellect (buddhi), the mind (manas), and the ego (ahaṅkāra) are listed as part of the 'field' (matter), then who are you? How does this redefine your thoughts and ego as objects rather than your true identity?
- How does understanding that our bodies are made of the 'five great elements' (earth, water, fire, etc.) connect us to the physical earth?

These 24 principles represent the objective universe. The mind, intellect, and ego are material, not spiritual. They are modifications of Prakriti. The true Self is the silent witness of these 24 elements, completely free from them.
