- If the Supreme Self (Paramātmā) is right inside your body, how does this change your view of self-worth and inner divinity?

13.23
उपद्रष्टानुमन्ता च भर्ता भोक्ता महेश्वरः
The Atman is 'upadraṣṭā' because It is the nearest witness, looking on like a silent spectator of a ritual. It is 'anumantā' because It never opposes the activities of the mind, but permits them by providing its light. Even though It appears to reside in the body, It is in reality the 'Paramātmā', the supreme, unconditioned Self.
