“With hands and feet everywhere, with eyes, heads, and mouths everywhere, and with ears everywhere in the universe, It exists, pervading everything.”

सर्वतः पाणिपादं तत्सर्वतोऽक्षिशिरोमुखम्
Brahman, being formless, has no physical limbs. However, the activities of all limbs in all bodies are possible only because of the underlying consciousness of Brahman. Just as we say the sun is everywhere because its light is everywhere, Brahman is said to have hands and eyes everywhere because It is the witness of all sensory actions.
