“The yogi who knows this transcends all the meritorious fruits declared for the study of the Vedas, performance of sacrifices, austerities, and charities, and attains the supreme primeval state.”

वेदेषु यज्ञेषु तपःसु चैव
दानेषु यत्पुण्यफलं प्रदिष्टम्
By knowing the answers to Arjuna's seven questions and practicing this yoga of devotion, the yogi gains a result that is superior to all scriptural acts. He realizes the non-dual Brahman, which is the primeval cause of everything, and attains ultimate liberation.
