The Translation
“From the highest realm of Brahma down to the lowest, all worlds are subject to repeated birth and death, O Arjuna. But having attained Me, O son of Kunti, there is no rebirth.”

आब्रह्मभुवनाल्लोकाः पुनरावर्तिनोऽर्जुन
All realms within the egg of Brahma are finite and bound by time. Therefore, they are subject to destruction, and those who live there must be reborn. But the Supreme Lord is beyond time, so attaining Him means returning no more.
