Self-Reflection Prompts
- Closing the 'gateways of the body' (*sarva-dvārāṇi*) means sensory withdrawal (Pratyahara). In a world filled with digital noise, how can we practice daily sensory fasts to quiet our minds?
- What does 'locking the mind in the heart' mean to you? How can we lead our thoughts from the hyper-rational head down to the peaceful heart?
