“But beyond this unmanifest, there is another eternal unmanifest state of being, which does not perish when all living beings perish.”

परस्तस्मात्तु भावोऽन्योऽव्यक्तोऽव्यक्तात्सनातनः
The lower unmanifest is Avyakta (Avidya/Maya), the seed of the material universe. The higher eternal unmanifest is the supreme Brahman (Akshara), which is non-dual, self-luminous consciousness. It is the witness of all change, remaining completely untouched by cosmic creations and dissolutions.
