The Translation
“The mutable material nature is Adhibhuta. The cosmic soul is Adhidaiva. And I am Adhiyajna (the Lord of sacrifice), residing in the body of all embodied beings, O best of the embodied.”

अधिभूतं क्षरो भावः पुरुषश्चाधिदैवतम्
Adhibhuta comprises all perishable objects. Adhidaiva is the Cosmic Being (Hiranyagarbha) residing in the solar orb who presides over the senses of all creatures. Adhiyajna is Vishnu, who is non-different from Krishna, presiding over all sacrifices and actions within the physical body.
