“But the ignorant, the faithless, and the doubting soul is ruined. For the doubting soul, there is happiness neither in this world, nor in the next.”

अज्ञश्चाश्रद्दधानश्च संशयात्मा विनश्यति
Ignorance can be cured by study. Lack of faith can be cured by association with the wise. But a mind that is infected with chronic doubt cannot commit to any practice, and thus ruins its own chances of happiness.
