हि ज्ञानेन सदृशं पवित्रमिह विद्यते | तत्स्वयं योगसंसिद्धः कालेनात्मनि विन्दति ||४-३८||
na hi jñānena sadṛśaṃ pavitramiha vidyate . tatsvayaṃ yogasaṃsiddhaḥ kālenātmani vindati ||4-38||

The Translation

“Indeed, in this world there is nothing as purifying as knowledge. One who is perfected in Yoga finds this wisdom within their own Self in course of time.”

Commentary & Insights

Krishna declares that there is no purifier in this world equal to wisdom, and that a yogi who is perfected in practice finds this truth within themselves over time.
