“Some yogis worship the demigods with sacrifice; while others offer sacrifice itself as an offering in the fire of Brahman.”

दैवमेवापरे यज्ञं योगिनः पर्युपासते
Offering sacrifice by sacrifice into the fire of Brahman means realizing that the individual soul (Jivatman) is identical with the Supreme Self (Paramatman). This is the highest sacrifice of knowledge.
