The Translation
“Having abandoned all attachment to the fruits of action, ever content, and dependent on nothing, such a person, even though fully engaged in action, does not perform any action at all.”

त्यक्त्वा कर्मफलासङ्गं नित्यतृप्तो निराश्रयः
A self-realized sage acts only to set an example for others or for bodily maintenance. Because they lack the ego-idea 'I am doing this for my benefit,' their actions are considered non-actions.
