Self-Reflection Prompts
- How do 'likes and dislikes' (*icchā-dveṣa*) narrow our vision and prevent us from seeing the truth of people and situations objectively?
- How can we practice being equanimous (neutral) when experiencing the dualities of life, such as praise and blame?
