The Translation

“By the delusion of dualities arising from desire and aversion, O Bharata, all living beings are led into delusion from birth, O conqueror of foes.”

Krishna explains that from birth, all beings are born into delusion, driven by the dualities of attraction and aversion.

Practical Application
1

Self-Reflection Prompts

  • How can we practice being equanimous (neutral) when experiencing the dualities of life, such as praise and blame?
