रसोऽहमप्सु कौन्तेय प्रभास्मि शशिसूर्ययोः | प्रणवः सर्ववेदेषु शब्दः खे पौरुषं नृषु ||७-८||
raso.ahamapsu kaunteya prabhāsmi śaśisūryayoḥ . praṇavaḥ sarvavedeṣu śabdaḥ khe pauruṣaṃ nṛṣu ||7-8||

The Translation

“O son of Kunti, I am the taste in water, the light of the moon and the sun, the sacred syllable OM in all the Vedas, the sound in space, and the ability in human beings.”

Krishna describes His immanent presence in nature, explaining to Arjuna that He is the essential quality in all things—the taste in water, the light in the sun and moon.
