The Translation
“At the end of many births, the wise one surrenders to Me, realizing that Vasudeva is all that exists. Such a great soul is extremely rare.”

Krishna declares that at the end of many births of evolution, the wise person surrenders to Him, realizing that the Divine is all, noting that such a soul is rare.

Look at the objects and people around you today, and silently say: 'Vasudeva (the living universe) is all of this.' Notice the feeling of reverence it brings.

बहूनां जन्मनामन्ते ज्ञानवान्मां प्रपद्यते
Through the accumulation of spiritual merits in many births, a person gets the wisdom that the inner Self is Vasudeva, the all-pervading Brahman. Finding no difference between himself, the world, and God, he surrenders. Such a liberated sage is very difficult to find.
