The Translation
“All of them are indeed noble, but I consider the wise one to be My very Self. Being united in mind, they are established in Me alone as the supreme goal.”

उदाराः सर्व एवैते ज्ञानी त्वात्मैव मे मतम्
Why is the Jnani the Self? Because he knows that his individual soul is not different from the supreme Brahman. He does not see himself as separate from the Divine, and the Lord also sees no difference. This is the ultimate realization of Advaita.
