The Translation
“I am the strength of the strong, free from desire and attachment. In all living beings, O Lord of the Bharatas, I am desire that is not contrary to righteousness.”

बलं बलवतां चाहं कामरागविवर्जितम्
Strength free from desire is the natural energy required to maintain the body and help others, without greed. Desire not contrary to dharma refers to basic physical needs (like eating) or duties (like procreation according to moral rules) that sustain the world order.
