प्रकृतिं स्वामवष्टभ्य विसृजामि पुनः पुनः
The Jivas have no independence in the cycle of birth; they are pushed by their past deeds (karma) and ignorance (avidya) which govern their material nature. The Lord simply provides the field of nature for their karma to bear fruit.
