सततं कीर्तयन्तो मां यतन्तश्च दृढव्रताः
Glorifying the Lord involves study of the Upanishads, repeating OM, and discussing the truth of the Self. Striving with firm resolve means controlling the senses. Worshipping Him as the inner Self is the true Upasana.
