The Translation
“How much more then the holy priests, the devoted sages, and the saintly kings! Having come to this transient, joyless world, engage in devotion to Me.”
Commentary & Insights
Krishna notes that if those in difficult circumstances can achieve liberation, those with spiritual and material advantages (brāhmaṇāḥ and rājarṣayaḥ) should certainly do so. He urges Arjuna to use this temporary, sorrowful world as a launching pad for eternal realization.

When a minor daily annoyance occurs today, repeat to yourself: 'This world is temporary and imperfect; I will not let a passing event disturb my inner peace.'

किं पुनर्ब्राह्मणाः पुण्या भक्ता राजर्षयस्तथा
Since human life is temporary and filled with physical and mental pain, one should not waste a single moment. Having acquired a human body, which is a rare opportunity, the wise person immediately redirects their mind to the realization of the Self.
