Verse 6 of 34
“
The Translation

Practical Application
1
When your mind is racing today, take a deep breath, look at the sky, and say: 'The wind of my thoughts is active, but the sky of my awareness is still.'

Self-Reflection Prompts
- Space is the background that allows the wind to blow. How can you practice being like 'space' in your life—allowing thoughts, emotions, and events to blow through your mind without sticking to them?
- How does the wind-space analogy help resolve the contradiction of beings being in God yet not affecting Him?
