The Translation
“I am the goal, the sustainer, the lord, the witness, the abode, the refuge, the friend. I am the origin, the dissolution, the foundation, the storehouse, and the imperishable seed.”

गतिर्भर्ता प्रभुः साक्षी निवासः शरणं सुहृत्
The Lord is the 'Sakshi' (witness) because He watches the good and bad deeds of all creatures without interference. He is 'suhrit' because He does good to others without expecting return. He is the imperishable seed because, unlike physical seeds that decay when sprouting, the Divine seed remains unchanged.
