The Translation
“He who, free from delusion, thus knows Me as the Supreme Person, is the knower of all. He worships Me with his whole heart, O Bharata.”

यो मामेवमसम्मूढो जानाति पुरुषोत्तमम्
Shankara comments that the person who knows the Self as the Purushottama realizes that the Lord is the Soul of all beings. Such a person is 'sarva-vit' because they know the essence of everything. They worship the Lord as their own Self (Atman).
