The Translation
“Thus, this most confidential scripture has been revealed by Me, O sinless one. By understanding this, a person becomes wise and completes all duties, O Bharata.”

इति गुह्यतमं शास्त्रमिदमुक्तं मयानघ
Shankara comments that the knowledge of the Self is the ultimate goal of all duties. When a person realizes the Atman as Purushottama, they have done everything that needed to be done (kṛtakṛtyaḥ). No obligation remains for a knower of Brahman, for they have transcended the realm of karma.
